Launched in September 2021, Sailcoop was born with a clear goal in mind: to develop sailboat crossings wherever possible as an alternative to ferries, planes or motorised shuttles.

In 4 years, we have opened 3 shipping lines in 3 different markets:
- Concarneau <> Les Glénan: coastal speedboat market (short distance)
- Saint-Raphaël <> Calvi: ferry or plane market (medium distance)
- Saint-Nazaire <> Baltimore: aeroplane market (long distance)
Proof that sailing is a reliable alternative over all distances.

Sailcoop is a Société Coopérative d’Intérêt Collectif (SCIC SA).
It is supported by more than 3,200 members, who play a tangible role in the governance of the project by voting each year at General Meetings.
